Da Vinci Action Hero

Warner Bros has announced plans to transform Renaissance artist and inventor Leonardo da Vinci into an action hero.
The company has optioned the rights to Adrian Askarieh's treatment, Leonardo da Vinci And The Soldiers Of Forever.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will re-imagine the Italian painter as a member of a secretive society who embarks on an adventure involving lost civilisations, Biblical demons and fallen angels.
The project has been described as a mixture of Raiders Of The Lost Ark, National Treasure and Clash Of The Titans.
