After a meteorite hits a California girl named Susan Murphy and makes her grow to 49-feet-11-inches tall, she is taken to a top secret government compound in the Nevada Desert (naturally) where she is locked away with a group of monsters which have also been rounded up over the years. Welcome to Monster Vs Aliens.
It’s pure, colourful entertainment, featuring the vocal talents of Reese Witherspoon, (the wonderful) Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen and Mr Brooding himself, Kiefer Sutherland, and if you don't laugh at this you should really check your pulse.
Released 3 April (UK).
