Welcome to the latest in our podcast series, in which we give a platform to some of the sharpest musical minds currently doing damage on the scene. Next up is British DJ and producer Temper-D, who delivers a selection of drum 'n' bass, fidget house, dubstep, techno and other assorted musical gems.

Temper-D, otherwise known as Dave Bowles, is a DJ and producer with a flair for blending dance music genres and delivering complex, sprawling live sets. After winning the European Dogs On Acid DJ competition in 2003, Temper's DJ career went global, including sets in South Africa, Australia and the U.S..

He has also shown a prowess for production with releases on Renegade Hardware, Concord Dawn's Uprising imprint and techno label Offkey, along with his own Temper D Productions. Temper's tracks have been played by DJs Adam F, Cut La Roc and Nicky Blackmarket, along with the late, great radio legend John Peel.

Now happily ensconced on Cut La Roc's Rocstar imprint, Temper blends breakbeat, house, techno, drum 'n' bass and dubstep into music tailor-made for the dancefloor. DJing has taken Temper all around the world, but you can now experience his particular musical expertise from the comfort of your living room. Enjoy.
